Delivery Terms & Conditions

Delivery Area

Delivery is available across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability, charges and lead times may vary depending on the location, order quantity and vehicle access.

Delivery Schedule

Estimated delivery dates are provided after order confirmation. Delivery schedules are subject to stock availability, payment confirmation, order quantity and transportation arrangements.

Stock Availability

Ex-stock products will be scheduled for dispatch after the sales order and payment terms are approved. Products that are not available in stock will be supplied according to the confirmed lead time stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, when applicable, will be mentioned in the quotation, sales order or invoice. Additional charges may apply for urgent deliveries, remote locations, restricted-access sites or special transportation requirements.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

• Company name and contact person.
• Mobile number and complete delivery address.
• Site location or Google Maps link.
• Site access timing and delivery restrictions.
• Required gate pass or supporting documents.

Receiving the Goods

The customer or an authorised representative must be available to receive, inspect and acknowledge the goods at the delivery location. A signed delivery note will be treated as confirmation that the goods were received in acceptable condition and quantity.

Inspection and Shortage Claims

The customer must inspect the delivered products immediately. Any visible damage, shortage or incorrect product must be clearly noted on the delivery document and reported to BCS Trading LLC without delay.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unavailable receiver, denied site access or missing documentation, the order may be returned to the warehouse. Redelivery may be subject to additional transportation charges.

Delivery Delays

BCS Trading LLC will make reasonable efforts to meet the confirmed delivery schedule. However, delays caused by traffic restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, weather, government regulations, supplier delays, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect the delivery date.

Partial Deliveries

Where necessary, an order may be supplied through partial deliveries. The customer will be informed when the remaining balance is available and ready for dispatch.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Changes to the delivery address, quantity or delivery schedule must be requested before dispatch. Orders that have already been processed, dispatched, specially manufactured or specially ordered may not be cancelled or amended.

Acceptance of Terms

Confirmation of the quotation, purchase order or sales order will be considered acceptance of these delivery terms and conditions, unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing by BCS Trading LLC.
